Key Responsibilities:
1- Procurement of PQ Documents from various online platforms such as PROQ Sites, Portals, Pepra, NHA, UNDP, etc.
2- Preparation of PQ/Tender Documents with meticulous attention to detail.
3- Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with project requirements.
4- Oversee the entire tender management process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, particularly in the construction industry.
Familiarity with online procurement platforms and government tender processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
